What does a full renovation cost?
It depends on the scope and the finishing. Most of our projects fall between 150,000 and 1,000,000 euro. After a site visit we cost everything out and you get a fixed price.
Is the consultation really free and without obligation?
Yes. We visit, listen to your plans and then draw up a quote. Nothing is fixed until you sign. Until then you are not committed to anything.
How long does a renovation take?
A full renovation usually takes six to twelve months. We agree the end date upfront and it goes into your contract.
Do you work across Flanders?
Yes. We are based in Gavere and we work across Flanders.
Do I have to find tradespeople myself?
No. We coordinate all the trades, the planning and the permits. You have one point of contact from start to handover.
What if costs rise during the works?
You sign a fixed-price contract, so that does not happen. We only carry out extra work when you ask for it, and always after written confirmation.
