A dark and inefficient apartment was reshaped into a light-filled, refined home in line with the latest construction and energy standards.
The original apartment had a dark appearance, an inefficient layout and little modern comfort. The owners wanted a transformation into something more refined, while respecting the latest construction and energy standards.
The team took on the challenges posed by dated materials, small rooms and a lack of natural light. The kitchen and bathroom were functional, but lacked a contemporary look.
By removing walls, light and space were optimised. Warm elegance was achieved through herringbone parquet, while modern and durable materials such as terrazzo and black fittings set the tone. A considered interior design, with carefully selected details, tied everything together.
The result is a light-filled living room full of natural light, an open kitchen in terrazzo, modern bedrooms with parquet flooring and a renovated bathroom with beige tiles and black fittings.
